FWIW, I'm using the exact same configuration (KDE2.1.1, QT 2.3.0 & XF 4.0.3
RPMS from ftp.kde.org , Mandrake 7.2 and QT_XFT=1) with absolutely no
problems. The only difference is the graphics card (mine is Matrox Mil. G200
8MB AGP).
