I second this, especially after seeing apps (seldom and no KDE app yet :)
that sometimes fail to enable their save action on a modification. IMHO it
can decrease the user's "trust" in the application. Also, for coding - with
KEdit :? - it's often useful to just touch the file by saving it again to
force a recompile.
