Huh??

go to Macromedia web site, download the flash plug-in, copy it to the 
/usr/lib/netscape/plugins/directory

Then, close netscape, restart netscape - try a flash site or look at: help -> 
about plug-ins and make sure that flash is there...

Then, open konqueror, click Settings, configure Konqueror, Netscape Plugins, 
scan the plug-ins, click OK, close konqueror, open konqueror and test a flash 
site..

It's working perfectly here.
