Hi,

at university we have to write a system, which is controlled via CORBA and 
transports multimedia streams over various protocols (TCP, RTP, UDP, Shared 
Mem, whatever), for the UI we want to use KDE, of course ;-)

Well, we are looking for a library, which is able to decode mp3 audio, and a 
common video format (H 263 or MPEG1 or MPEG2 or MPEG 4) from a stream.

Any recommendations ?
mpeglib from kde cvs, divx, SDL, ?
