I'd like to insert QListBoxItem type items into a QComboBox (mainly because I
can subclass from QListBoxItem and do useful things with the actual items in
the list, then). However, QComboBox::insert() only takes pixmaps and/or
strings. I was wondering whether

	QListBox *p = combo->listBox();
	p->insertItem(new QListBoxItem("foo"));

would work in *principle*, or if QComboBox does stuff behind my back that
makes such an approach impractical.
