actually you have to you a audio/x-scpls mimetype
for a .pls extension file (dled with http://<>/<>.pls)
[playlist]
NumberOfEntries=1
File1=http://66.9.105.2:8000/
now in x-scpls noatun is registered and noatun(with the help of mpeglib) can start
reading data from this url
noatun has to be able to support audio/x-scpls mimetype
