I think *many* will disagree with you. The use of a program to look at
hex code and edit it is far more specialised than a program that simply
puts your current status (working, playing, which activites you are
doing etc) in a web page.

Have you actually used the application? Do you realise that KWebStat is
an application to publish your current status of what you are doing to
a web page, and not some kind of Apache status program.

I feel this is definitly a user application...and I know of users using
it.
