I've d/l the kdelibs and kdebase modules from CVS

i've put them in ~/progetti/kde-cvs/ so I've ~/progetti/kde-cvs/kdebase and 
so on...

Here is what I do to build them

cd ~/progetti/kde-cvs/kdebase
make -f Makefile.cvs
cd ~/progetti/kde-obj/kdebase (kde-obj is the dir where i'd like to keep the 
binary files)
~/progetti/kde-cvs/kdebase/configure --prefix=/usr/local/kde
make

the configure went well but make gives this error

In file included from 
/home/gioele/progetti/kde-cvs/kdebase/libkonq/konq_historymgr.cc:20:
/home/gioele/progetti/kde-cvs/kdebase/libkonq/konq_historymgr.h:33: 
kparts/historyprovider.h: File o directory inesistente (File or dir doesn't 
exist in english)
make[3]: *** [konq_historymgr.lo] Error 1
make[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make: *** [all-recursive-am] Error 2

I've tried adding 
--with-extra-includes=~/progetti/kde-cvs/kdebase 
and 
--srcdir=~/progetti/kde-cvs/kdebase 
but it still gives the same error.

I've checked if that file is in the libkonq dir and it is there... what 
should I do?
