Yes, I should have mentioned that one, too.  It's just been released,
but Amazon an FatBrain seem to have it.  Lotzi, one thing - I can't seem
to find a table of contents or detailed description.  (For some reason
Amazon doesn't have it).  Can you point us to any more info?
