But you want to call it the KDE license. So people will assicate it with KDE. 
If you say it's your license, call it the Samuels license or yafsl (yet 
another free software license) or PING (P-License is not GPL, with P meaning 
nothing).

This shows that KDE people don't want a new license associated with them, and 
that they genreally think that a new license is not neccessary.

You are free to make your own license, of course, no one can stop you from 
creating it, but that you are allowed to do this doesn't automatically mean 
that it's a good idea. Are you a lawyer? Do you really know enough about 
licenses to be aware of the consequences of every word you write into your 
license?
