math.h is a POSIX standard and has been around since at least 1993.  It
is present on all platforms/OSs I have access to (Linux [Redhat, Debian],
FreeBSD, OpenBSD, HP/UX, AIX, IRIX, Solaris, ...).

So you have no reason not to use math.h's constants.
