The bug system forwards the mails according to the pseudo headers to the 
devolopers of the application, it you do it according to the instructions. I 
don't see, what is wrong with that.
You can use the bug reporting dialog instead, if that is too complicated for 
you.

Sorry, I don't know, from what problem you are speaking. I currently don't 
know of any bug in the latest version of KMail, that breaks any RFC standard. 
If you know one, then please report it, but please don't spam us with useless 
information.
KMail _is_ able to read headers.
