Yes, I have. The panel thing is now an application called kicker.
The audio stuff is an entirely new app called Arts.

If you file bug reports mentioning KPanel/KAudioServer, noone will look at
them, because they are no longer in development, and they have not been
developed since about 1.5 years ago.

What new idea? I really don't understand you (but then again, it's late
and I'm tired :-)
