Subject:    Bug#17163: Failed dependency

I tried to install kdelibs-2.0-7.i386.rpm in my Redhat 6.2 (kernel 2.2.18), but
it failed saying:
error: failed dependencies:
        libcrypto.so.0 is needed by kdelibs-2.0-7
        libssl.so.0 is needed by kdelibs-2.0-7                                                       
But I have already installed and using openssl-0.9.6 library.
I have provided links in /lib and /usr/lib to libcrypto.so.0 and libssl.so.0.
What may be the reason?
Should I have to upgrade my openssl library?
