I have the same problem on my laptop as well.  I am running
RedHat 7.0 on a Winbook XL2.  The problem can happen anywhere
from 1 - 15 minutes after I start kde.  The mouse will fly all
around the screen, but I cannot click on anything.  The only way
I have been able to get unlocked is to stop kde.

Please, please find and fix this problem!  I don't want to use
Gnome.  Let me  know if there is anything I can do to help track
down this bug.
