Hmm, Wynn Wilkes told me that he is the guy for the moment and he did the 
complete port of KNotes from KDE 1 to KDE 2, but I'm hacking on it as well as 
Wynn has no plans and time for KNotes at the moment. Perhaps you want to 
contact Wynn?
