Subject:    Can I use IBM techexplorer plugin?

I grabbed IBM techexplorer 3.0 plugin.  I built kdebase-2.0 with motif
(lesstif).  IBM techexporer is listed in konq plugins.

Attempting to load a document just gives this message in konq:

Unable to load Netscape plugin for file:/opt/techexporer/...

Any ideas?
