I cannot see how this is konqueror related?
The servlet obviously throws a BIBHandleException.Exception for some 
reason... It must make some (wrong) assumptions on what browser you're using. 
Or maybe it's SSL-related, something missing in konqueror's SSL-support which 
the servlet relies on, just guessing....
