I´ve just checked-out the kde-i18n-paket (anymous cvs) but I am not able to 
install it.

make -f Makefile.cvs (tried make -f admin/Makefile.common as well)
./configure
make install
-----------------
make  all-recursive
make[1]: Entering directory `/home/rbrunner/src/kde-cvs/kde-i18n'
