is there a simple way to put a generic X (root window drawing) applicatio=
n as=20
a background generator for kdesktop in kde 2.0 release?

There is 'background program' option in background settings, but it doesn=
't=20
support x applications such as xmountains which draw pixmaps on the root=20
window. Kdesktop seems to be always drawing the background over the root=20
window. It would be nice thus to add an option to disable colored backgro=
und=20
when using 'background program' option.
