Using kde 1.94 in its debian distribution, 
I experience the following serious bug:
after some window operations, kpanel
doesnt keep track of the actual state
of windows. Newly opened windows 
are not displayed, and closed ones
are.
Which leads, among other problems,
to the following bug: when minimizing 
a window, it can *not* be recovered
and is completely lost.
