Hi,
I respond either to Stephan and Christian,
KMago is a KDE2-based download manager basically built as a front-end 
to wget, ( http://kmago.sourceforge.net, take a look at it ;). 
The problem is that support for drag'n'drop isn't implemented yet, but 
I'm working on it.
By the way, I'd like to publish it on the list of applications on 
kde.org, what do I have to do?
