From about sunday 24th till tuesday 26th KConfig contained a bug that made 
your config files _HUGE_. That bug has been fixed, but when you have used 
that version your config files may still be corrupt.

Problem description:
   .kde/share/config/klipperrc and konquerorrc but possibly others as well 
are huge and contain a lot '////' characters.

Solution:
  Delete these files or replace the excessive '////'-es by '//' (two slashes).
