Hi,

if I would like to create a new Applink by
RMB/Create New/Application
a window "Properties for Program.desktop" pops up.
Within this window the permissions cannot be edited because the user and 
group ownerships are set to root.

KDE1.94 built from the sources, QT2.2.0, Kernel 2.0.36, glibc 2.0.7.
