Hi,

if you have a look at http://bugs.kde.org/db/ix/full.html you'll see 
several screens full of so called "ciritcal" bugs. Obviously some people 
think it's ciritcal if your browser crashes.

My sugestion: I will "downgrade" all the simple crash bugs to "grave". A 
bug should only be critcal if it is either a security problem, a privacy 
problem, a leads-to-unusable system bug or if it deletes files.
