Hello,

Here are the results of my attempt to compile on Pinstripe (RH 7.0 beta, 
glibc 2.1.91, gcc 2.96), maybe someone has had the same problems and possibly 
a fix:

Warnings:
Almost every source file yields a whole bunch (it's getting impossible to see 
other messages because of the amount of these) of warnings like:
1) /usr/include/features.h:184:6: warning: "_POSIX_C_SOURCE" is not defined
same with INT_MAX
2) /usr/lib/qt-2.2.0/include/qlist.h:88: warning: explicit specialization not 
preceded by `template <>'
same with qdict

Errors:
qt-copy:
in src/network/qdns.cpp the #include <resolv.h> needs to be surrounded by 
extern "C" {}. Otherwise no program can be linked to qt (undefined reference 
to __res_state(void).
Is there a fix without modifiying Qt sources or should I report to TT?

kdelibs: no problems
kdebase:
ksysguard fails with:

collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

kdeutils: no probs
kdenetwork: no probs
kdegraphics:
pixie fails with:

../../../kdegraphics/pixie/imagelist.cpp: In method `void 
KIFImageList::loadColorPlugin ()':
../../../kdegraphics/pixie/imagelist.cpp:240: cannot convert `QImage *(*) ()' 
to `QImage *(*) (...)' in
argument passing

other packages not tried, yet.
