This is not only KHTML ;-)

1) Kicker: if QuickStart Applet is started you can start it again.. ( real
bug ? )
2) KHTML: in a frame set: noresize is ignored
3) kicker: Once the Pager is in a window on top of the screen, i can't
configure it back to Kicker
4) General: Not a menu's get the Focus, or raise to the top.. But this is
sometimes and hard to reproduce..
