Anther couple to report:

o #warning apparently isn't a recognized cpp directive for MIPSPro
compilers (kfile)
o configure doesn't seem to be passing the extra includes to kio subdirs
o a few files refer to cassert, cstdio, and cerrno which don't exist on
my system
