Subject:    How do I get a list of existing toolbars?

Can an application find out, what toolbars it has? If I understand it
correctly the toolbars are defined in the XMLGUI-file and can in
principle changed without recompiling. So how can the application offer
the menu items for diasabling each of the toolbars individually? I think
KWord does it, but I wasn't able to find out how.
