Hi,

I recently (= yesterday ;)) started developping a KDE2 applet to play audio 
CD's.  I named it kcd.  The current functionality of the applet is :
- time display based on QLCDNumber, able to display normal and reverse time
- current track / number of tracks display
- previous, play, stop, next, eject buttons
- a line scrolling artist and title name (now only showing dummy info ; will 
be using CDDB in the future)

I can send the code to anybody who is interested.  It uses libcdaudio to play 
CD's.

I will first give it a better look before I submit it elsewhere. Possibly I 
will add functionality to change skins or something.  Tips / whishes are 
welcome.
