Appears kdm has some problems compiling under Solaris due the header
file
Xfuncs.h.

It appears this redefines bcopy etc which causes some issues when
compiling
CXdmcp.cpp, if I use a std header file this does not appear to be the
case. If
anyone is interested I can send them the header file as it appears it
may just be
a case of setting the macro

__ORIGINAL_XORG_CODE

at compile time.
