The QTabBar and QTabWidget can be configured to show the 
tabs be below the widget. It can be useful for some elements. However, I think
the one in http://home.wanadoo.nl/geurt/shot_graph.html is a bad example. The 
tabs are located too close to the action buttons of the dialog.
