I am sorry to say that for the sake of consistency the proposal doesn't seem
intuitive at all. 
As a second comment you break the consistency of the scope of the tags 
(even between the 2 pictures)  A tab always works for the whole of the 
dialog.

I don't know if KDE/QT is able to do so, but I would defenitely vote agains
it.
