Looks like one of the libs still thinks it needs to look in /opt/kde. My bet 
would be kde-qt-addon.

It's a bit tricky.. once you have an incorrect path in one of the libs, 
everything and everyone suddenly starts to use it. (See also this libjpeg 
disaster...)
