Subject:    Bug#4292: kmix's "What's this" feature is not functional

Package : kmix
Version : 1.18 (KDE 2.0pre)
Severity : normal

The “What’s this”, or shift-F1, feature doesn’t produce the expected
result.  It does change the cursor to an arrow with a question mark but
when you click on a part of kmix, it doesn’t do anything except
disappearing.

1)  Start kmix
2)  Click Help > What’s this
3) Move the cursor and click on any kmix’s elements
