kmid stops responding when the user just click once rapidly, not long
enough to change the value, on one of the arrows each sides of the Tempo
counter.  By doing so, the midi file stop playing and so does the kmid.

1) Start kmid
2) Open a Midi file -> File > Open
3) Start playing the midi file
4) While playing, click once rapidly on one of the triangles
5) It should stop playing
