The documentation in kurl.h says that ordinary unix paths have to be
encoded before passing to KURL( const QString& url ) by calling
encode(). But encode() was renamed to encode_string() and the CVS log
message advises not to use it. Does that mean that it's now safe to pass
an ordinary unix path to the KURL constructor and the documentation is
outdated? I'm a bit confused.
