what about KStatusBar::setItemAlignMent()? Hmm, I'm afraid this only sets
the alignment of an item when it is smaller than the statusbar and doesn't
care about the position in the bar.

In KDE 1, we had setInsertOrder(), why don't we support this
anymore? Sven?
