Actually, it wasn't far off.  Arnt's script to make the change at 6pm
didn't quite work and he was in a meeting.  When he got out, he
applied the change by hand and I picked up the result on both
master.kde.org (in Germany) and through my ISP (Earthlink in the US)
*instantly*

I'm not saying that that means that *everybody* got it in less then a
minute, but that surely means that a LOT of people did!
