the window behaviour/actions kcontrol center doesn't do much, is it under
development? (I can't select auto raise etc.)

Also alt tab seems to have a problem when I have focus follows mouse on. 
I press alt tab, focus goes to other window, focus goes back immidiately
to the window the pointer is over. (I see a slight flicker)
