All I can say is "What happened to the cool scrolling text from KDE1.x?"

I remember that if a titlebar in KWM was too small to display the full text, the
title would scroll back and forth. Could this be implemented in both KWin and
Kicker? I'll take a crack at the sources myself when I get some free time (which
won't be for a few days yet, so somebody else should get to it first...)
