no. let's say that you are browsing in konqueror and simply want to 
save a page you've found -- not a link to it, but it itself, on your 
local drive. in netscape, in the browser, you can click on file > 
save, whereupon you get a dialog asking you where you want to save it 
and what you want to call it. i haven't figured out an equivalent in 
konqueror yet, and i don't think there is one.
