I had this bug report from someone else, and finally can reproduce it. It's when
you type in a full URL, like smb://netwinder, then the '/' isn't appended when
you enter a subdir (but it it still entered correctly). If you start from the
root (smb://) and go down to smb://netwinder then you don't have the problem.
What makes URLs entered by the user different, though, I don't know.
