On Unix/Linux you must be a root to change system date and/or time. You have
to provide root password unless you install kcontrol SUID root. This is how
Corel does this (they use KDE 1.1 and every module is a separate executable
there). They install kcmclock (and couple of other modules) set UID root.

I'm sure we do not want to SUID root the whole kcontrol. So we must use
kdesu to get there.

Any other options?
