I just rebuilt the whole of KDE, and now, when I type startx, it starts it
all up, the intro screen comes up and I get kdesktop. But, I get no kicker
or kwm etc... I tried starting it form xinit and it starts fine but
doesn't display anything. It gets to the point where it says 'what to be x
by y' and then doesn't do anything else. Any ideas anyone? This is on
RH6.1 and CVSup from 1 or 2 days ago
