I suggest that the HTML for kdewelcome be changed to something more 
befitting
a definitive UNIX desktop environment.

and I have some working ideas that I think should be ok as long as 
nobody
objects (in response to the people who will ask me "are you volunteering
yourself to fix the problem?" ; )

so... should I commit my changes to CVS? Or does everybody else think 
that
kdewelcome is just fine? Am I crazy?
