The problem, I think, is that I should have provided "-I/usr/local/lib/glib/include"
on the command line.  I'll fix it.  In the mean time, could you try
configuring with "--enable-interface=ncurses" ?  (Configure should determine
whether an appropriate gtk is present -- I just don't have it right yet.)
