I've followed the instructions in "INSTALL" in kdesdk/ksgmltools, but
when I get this:


[]$ db2html -d /usr/lib/sgml/stylesheets/kde.dsl template.docbook
TMPDIR is DBTOHTML_OUTPUT_DIR533
Using stylesheet: "/usr/lib/sgml/stylesheets/kde.dsl" 
working on ../template.docbook
jade:../template.docbook:1:73:W: cannot generate system identifier for
public text "-//KDE//DTD DocBook V3.1-Based Variant V1.0//EN" 

and then a whole slew of errors, of course.

Has anyone else had similar problems?
