additionally, and i presume this is something that simply hasn't been
implemented yet, but i'll mention it anyway because it might be something that
slipped past, shutting down kde2 (currently c-a-bksp) doesn't break the kppp
connection as it does (or could be set to do) in kde-1.x. i reached over and
turned off the modem, but for someone with an internal this could be a little
bit of a problem. used top to kill it; ktop2 isn't, of course, done yet.
