Could someone clarify something for me.

Does KDE 2.0 requires QT 2.0?

If so does that mean you can not use KDevelop under KDE 2.0 as on the site:

http://www.kdevelop.org/

Under the requirements section it does state that you are not to use QT 2.0

Forgive me if this is total new as I have only just started programming
under KDE.
